From a 10m training river and customer training house to operational rigs and immersive Virtual Reality, we provide real-world experiences that let our teams learn in the flow of everyday work.

 

We deliver essential training to ensure our teams work safely, effectively, and to the highest industry standards, welcoming over 20,000 learners each year across 3,000 events. With five dedicated learning streams, community projects, and school discovery programmes, our ambitious Academy team is committed to driving continual improvement and setting the benchmark for industry-leading training.

 

Join our Academy team as a Learning Experience Coordinator, a pivotal front-line role supporting learners across Severn Trent. We’re looking for someone with courage, care and curiosity who’s able to manage a high volume of training in a fast-paced environment while ensuring every query is resolved with pride and attention to detail.

 

Your key accountabilities will include:

 

  • Plan, schedule, and deliver learning events to meet compliance and L&D objectives on time and within budget
  • Provide outstanding learner support by managing and resolving queries efficiently
  • Coordinate and administer training events at our Academy
  • Maintain accurate records for training, skills, competencies, e-learning, and evaluations
  • Support L&D projects and your dedicated learning stream with planning and administration
  • Uphold service standards while driving continuous improvement in L&D systems and processes
  • Manage financial transactions (purchase orders, invoices, recharges) accurately and compliantly
  • Administer certificates and competency cards, including Water Hygiene Card registration and renewals
