Here at Severn Trent, we’re looking for a dynamic and inspiring Performance and Improvement Office Lead within our technology dept. to drive the development and delivery of key initiatives that boost our department’s efficiency and overall performance. In this role, you’ll work closely with a wide range of teams and senior stakeholders to identify opportunities for smarter ways of working, introduce innovative solutions, and help mature our operating model and culture.
You’ll also lead departmental communication and reporting, champion continuous improvement across our technology processes, and support effective workforce planning to help us meet our regulatory commitments. If you’re a confident leader and coach with a proven track record of delivering meaningful, continuous improvement, we feel this could be a role for you.
You'll be based at our Severn Trent Centre Head Office in Coventry. You’ll work within a dedicated team of professionals in the Office of CIO. With this being such a critical role, we’re looking for someone who can join us 37 hours a week, working Monday to Friday.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
In order to succeed in this role, we’ll be looking for you to have experience in directly leading Continuous Improvement programmes in a corporate environment, regularly contributing and advising on business drivers, outcomes and value realisation. We’ll also want you to bring experience of working at a senior level as part of a Leadership Team, with a proven track record of effectively influencing and interacting with senior management and working collaboratively across teams and with business partners.
Having a strong knowledge of end-to-end business change processes, from vision to deployment, business adoption and support will be vital as will the working knowledge of leading highly engaged and successful teams, setting out plans to support improvement in departmental engagement.
