Which is why we are excited to announce an opportunity to join our team as a ISO Analyst.

Across our business our estates cover over 53,000 acres, you’ll help to ensure we are making best use of this land asset through the delivery of our range of business objectives.


Some of the other key accountabilities:


  • Responsible for the process of seeking approvals for land interests requiring irrevocable sign-off (ISO) and submitting papers to relevant portfolio boards.

  • Supporting the development of the approval framework with the goal of embedding of a best value-to-use assessment process and the management of land interest progression on it.

  • Ensure we continue to be compliant with our approaches to land use allocation and understand the long-term impact from a regulatory viewpoint as well as Severn Trent’s own internal governance.

  • You will develop an understanding of the key business strategies that impact on the land use choices and adapt or develop processes to support ISO governance.

  • Build successful relationships with the key stakeholders involved in the ISO process and add value to the ISO process as your experience and knowledge grow.

 

You'll be based at our Head Office in Coventry. You’ll work within our Land and Planning Team. With this being such a critical role, we’re looking for someone who can join us 37 hours a week WFH flexibility available and travel to other sites will be required at times, so you’ll need to hold a full U.K driving licence.
