  • Experience working closely with an Executive, CEO or equivalent senior leader
  • A track record of influencing and challenging at ExCo or Board level
  • Experience in a large, complex organisation where stakeholder management is critical
  • The ability to operate with confidence, credibility and pace in a highly visible role
  • Strong communication skills – able to simplify complexity and land messages clearly

Not essential:

  • Experience in utilities or asset-heavy industries
  • Direct capital programme experience

WHO YOU ARE

  • Commercial, curious and forward-looking
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and navigating complexity
  • Confident building relationships quickly and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Resilient, pragmatic and able to balance challenge with collaboration
  • Driven to make an impact and improve how things are done
