We’re looking for a HRBP & Change Lead to play a pivotal role in shaping how we support, grow and enable our people across the business. This is a senior, high‑impact role where you’ll lead a team of HR Business & Change Partners and partner directly with senior leaders to turn business priorities into brilliant people outcomes.
Based at our Severn Trent Centre in Coventry, you’ll work closely with colleagues across multiple business areas, helping to build the capability, culture and organisation we need to deliver our AMP8 ambitions and beyond.
From organisational design to performance and talent development, and from cultural transformation to major change activity, you’ll bring clarity, confidence and strategic insight to help our leaders and teams thrive.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a senior HR professional who brings both strategic strength and a truly people‑centred mindset.
- Experience in HR partnering, organisational design, people performance, and leading change within large or complex organisations.
- A track record of shaping and delivering people plans that build capability and improve organisational effectiveness.
- Confidence working with senior and executive‑level stakeholders, influencing decisions and challenging with empathy and clarity.
- Experience leading and developing HR teams, helping others grow and perform at their best.
- The ability to navigate transformation and cultural change with strategic insight and commercial understanding.
- Excellent judgement, analytical capability and a solutions‑focused approach.

HOW WE’LL REWARD AND CARE FOR YOU
- Salary £70,000 to £90,000
- 31 days holiday + bank holidays (and the ability to buy/ sell up to 5 days per year)
- Annual bonus scheme (of up to 20% of salary dependent on company performance)
