Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for financial planning and performance? We're looking for a HD Finance and Performance manager to join our team on a 12 month FTC/Secondment, reporting directly to the HD CFO.

In this key role, you'll lead the development of financial plans, forecasts, and performance reports, while supporting business planning and budget delivery. You'll be a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across HD, helping shape decisions through insightful analysis and ensuring strong financial governance.

You'll be based at our Severn Trent Centre in Coventry. With this being such a critical role, we’re looking for someone who can join us 37 hours a week.
