We’re looking for a Fleet Risk and Compliance Coordinator based in Coventry City Centre to join us on a permanent contract. It’s a brand-new position for our Fleet team so read on to find out how you can shape this role…
EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
The purpose of this new role is to coordinate the company fleet risk and compliance requirements to make sure that we’re meeting our regulatory, legal and health & safety requirements.
You may be thinking, how will I do this? Well, you’ll provide health & safety support and training to our operational managers and colleagues.
You’ll assist in investigating, recording, and reporting any fleet-based incidents or accidents on site.
Co-ordinating and supporting audits of our operational sites will be one of your responsibilities plus checking that all fleet vehicle records and systems are updated with certifications.
You’ll report into our Risk & Compliance Manager, who you’ll work closely with.
As you’ll be visiting sites for audits and meetings, a valid UK driving licence is essential. Your base will be our headquarter office in Coventry City Centre which is easy to access.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE
Someone who has worked in a Health & Safety environment, particularly in the Fleet sector would be a great fit for this role.
Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations and DVSA standards would give you a great start.
Attention to detail and accuracy is key as you’ll be supporting audits and updating records.
Forming relationships and building trust is essential whilst you advise, train and support your colleagues in all things Fleet Risk and Compliance.
