From company cars to water tankers, we ensure that Severn Trent can safely transport equipment, valuable resources, and our teams around safely and efficiently from A to B, day in day out.
We’re looking for a Fleet Programme Coordinator to join our team in Coventry who will be responsible for managing Severn Trent’s fleet replacement programmes by ensuring timely vehicle delivery, leading stakeholder engagement, and driving service excellence through strong supplier coordination and performance reporting.
EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
As a Fleet Programme Coordinator, you will play a key role in internal working groups to ensure vehicle specifications are fit for purpose, lead calls with external service providers to meet KPIs, maintain compliance with company and legal requirements.
You will also manage build programmes via Smartsheet with regular reporting, enhance welfare and safety standards, drive continuous improvement and resolve issues collaboratively whilst updating fleet systems for legal compliance.
You’ll be based in our headquarter office in Coventry Monday-Friday but will be expected to travel to meetings and workshops across our region as and when they are planned.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE
In order to succeed in this role, you will need strong customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, a solid understanding of processes, and familiarity with SBF. You should have a proven ability to work effectively with suppliers, strong IT skills including proficiency in MS Office, and excellent attention to detail.
A track record of stakeholder engagement, project coordination experience, and a proactive approach to achieving personal, team, and company goals are also essential.
