Severn Trent is seeking an Executive Resourcing Researcher to join our team in Coventry.

This pivotal role focuses on our senior recruitment and succession planning, ensuring we continue to lead the way in the water industry.

Executive Resourcing is a type of recruitment that specialises in more senior, niche or confidential positions. Every piece of recruitment requires a systematic research focus to successfully identify the best candidates for each role - the candidates we speak with are typically very senior and often are not actively looking to change jobs.

 

We’re looking for a researcher to support our Executive Resourcing Team who will find us the best people, using a variety of methods to identify & approach (headhunt) potential candidates – speaking with them to promote Severn Trent and assess their suitability.

You’ll also manage the end-to-end process for candidates to offer a red-carpet service– from preparing role specifications, approaching & speaking with candidates, arranging interviews and everything in between until they join us.

This is a varied and unique role within Severn Trent where you’ll have close contact with our Executive members and insight into their teams.

We’re looking for someone with a strong research and analytical skills, who is also a great communicator, with experience working with and managing senior level stakeholders

You’ll have good attention to detail and be able to use your initiative and creativity to achieve the best outcome. You’ll also be passionate about, and motivated to, deliver a first-class experience for both managers and candidates and be resilient and thoughtful in the face of competing priorities.
