We’re looking for a seasoned Project or Programme manager to join our dynamic and fast paced Customer Performance department as a Customer Transformation Manager.  You will be tasked with leading a strategic workstreams, working in collaboration with key stakeholders and business areas to deliver against our stated aims and plans.

 

We’ll be looking for you to drive all of your projects and programmes to a successful outcome, ensuring timely delivery, realisation of benefits and alignment with business priorities.  As a natural communicator, we’ll be fostering strong stakeholder engagement, collaborating with various Business Partners, Business SME’s, Project Sponsors, Product Owners and other key parties to ensure quality outcomes every time.

 

You will have a natural drive for continuous improvement, with you providing timely feedback, identifying new opportunities and managing high-level risks and issues which will support the growth of your team and the business.  Along side this you will lead and develop a high-performing team, providing line management, coaching and professional development for project & change professionals.

 

You'll be based at our Severn Trent Centre Head Office in Coventry.  You’ll work within our Customer Performance department in a dedicated team of 4 managing various projects & programmes across the business area. With this being such a critical role, we’re looking for someone who can join us 37 hours a week, Monday to Friday.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

 

You will be a proven Programme Manager or experienced Project Manager with a track record of leading business change projects which utilise your knowledge of the project life cycle, delivering sustainable change and associated benefits.  It would be great if you have experience of delivering change in a matrix managed ‘one team’ approach with colleagues from Technology, Group Commercial and other departments.

 

Experience of taking strategic ideas and turning them into tactical projects to be delivered will really make you stand out from the crowd, as will your experience of developing complex business cases and getting buy in from the Business to deliver these.
