Contract Support Officer

LET’S CUT STRAIGHT TO IT

Are you detail-oriented with a passion for improving contract performance? We’re looking for a proactive Contract Support Officer to join our team and support the management of a small portfolio of non-strategic property contracts.


Some of the other key accountabilities:

  • Provide day-to-day support to suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Assist in tender preparation and supplier relationship management
  • Support contract auditing, reporting, and performance tracking
  • Manage P2P processes including ordering, receipting, and budget tracking
  • Maintain dashboards and contribute to service improvement initiatives


This is a 12 month FTC maternity cover role and you'll be based at our Head Office in Coventry.  You’ll work within our Property Team. With this being such a critical role, we’re looking for someone who can join us 37 hours a week



WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Experience in supplier management and interpreting contract terms
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in SAP (ECC, SRM), Microsoft Office, and SharePoint
  • Ability to work independently across multiple locations
  • A flexible, solutions-focused mindset
