Severn Trent’s Communications Team is looking for an Insights and Analytics Manager to join our Planning and Insight function – the engine room behind our communications strategy and delivery.

We’re looking for a standout communications and insights professional who’s obsessed about understanding customers better and turning complex data into decisions and insight into impact. Sitting at the heart of the Communications team, this is a critical strategic role that uses insight, research and analysis to shape strategy, sharpen performance and continuously improve the experience we deliver for our customers.

 

You’ll be based at our Head Office in Coventry. You’ll work within our Planning and Insights team within our Comms Team, and report to our Communications Planning and Insight Lead.

 

 

 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

 

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in analysing diverse datasets and research, who loves getting under the skin of customer needs and behaviours to inform smarter planning and better campaigns. Curious, energetic and strategic, you’ll combine strong analytical capability ( touching on excel and powerBI ) with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders and drive direction.

 

You’ll be comfortable translating complex data into compelling stories, with experience across audience insight and segmentation, campaign measurement and research. You’ll also be a natural collaborator, helping improve insight access and capability across the team, and thrive working in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities while keeping a customer-first mindset.
