As a Capital Projects Support Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to person ensuring all capital block activities in our Production area are managed seamlessly — from purchase order to capitalisation. You’ll collaborate with a range of stakeholders, from Project Managers to Asset Data Management, to keep everything on track and compliant.
You’ll raise and receipt purchase orders, manage month-end true-ups, and ensure capitalisation is completed on time. This is a hands-on, varied role where your SAP expertise and stakeholder management skills will really shine.
Some of your key accountabilities will include:
- Manage SAP Capital project transactions, including WBS set-up, funding releases, and reconciliations
- Raise and receipt purchase orders with accuracy and urgency
- Ensure project capitalisation is completed accurately and promptly
- Liaise with Production teams, Asset Data Management, and Capital Accounting to gather and verify essential information
- Maintain SharePoint and SRQ pages to ensure processes are followed
- Resolve outstanding queries working with contractors and internal stakeholders

We’re looking for someone with excellent planning and time management skills, who thrives under pressure and knows how to juggle priorities in a busy team environment. You’ll have top-notch communication skills, both written and verbal, and be confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
Your SAP expertise, ideally within capital projects, will be key — and you’ll bring the drive and organisation needed to keep things moving smoothly and on time. If you’re proactive, people-savvy, and ready to make an impact, we want to hear from you.
