We have an exciting opportunity for you to lead our Group Transformation (GT) team as our Business Transformation and Change Delivery Lead.
This role will drive transformational change by identifying and delivering key change programs and improving business performance by delivering cross-cutting themes.
This will start by working on how your team can best support the business achieve its goals now and in the future. You will need a customer mindset and be curious and courageous in how you approach your work.
You'll work with senior leaders to identify future programs and establish Group Transformation as the go-to area for help and a source of expertise. This will include devising and promoting new ways of working and new skills, working with colleagues to build a team that is agile and responsive to business.
You'll develop your team and implement an operating model that is fit for purpose. You will need a relentless pursuit of business goals and build a strong network across the ST business to enable your team to perform
Further responsibilities include:
- Adopt a continuous improvement mindset and build relationships with PMO functions in different areas of the business
- Proactively identify and address risks, issues, and long-term trends.
- Create a high-performing, and highly respected team.
- Build a balanced program portfolio aligned with business needs.
- Report performance against key business metrics which quantify our contribution to the business
- Externally benchmark the teams performance and ensure we are bringing expert and topic change insights to the business.

To excel in this role, you should have a proven track record in delivering strategies, driving business change, and enhancing team performance. A focus on delivery, continuous improvement, and striving for better outcomes is essential.

- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build services based on feedback.
- Experience in leading teams through change.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A business-oriented and results-focused mindset.
- Strong influencing skills and the ability to present information effectively to senior stakeholders
