This role will suit a commercially driven Business Development Manager who wishes to accelerate new contract growth across major Facilities Management (FM) providers and direct end-user organisations. Within their allocated FM, the BDM will also act as the commercial owner of the overarching supplier framework, working in conjunction with the Sales Manager and Sales Director to manage strategic relationships, review overall contract performance, oversee commercial commitments, and secure future growth.
Previous experience in water hygiene or water treatment is not essential. The priority is proven commercial capability, strategic relationship development and an ability to win significant contracted business.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE
In order to be successful in this role, you’ll have a proven background in B2B new-business sales, with experience winning contracted or outsourced services. You’ll be confident developing new opportunities, engaging senior decision-makers, managing complex sales cycles and negotiating commercially successful contracts.
