LET’S CUT STRAIGHT TO IT

We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Business Change Manager to lead change across our Strategic Innovation Portfolio, with a primary focus on our £50m Digital Twin programme. This ambitious initiative aims to deliver 33 end-to-end Waste Water Treatment Digital Twins to help reduce carbon emissions and optimise operations.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead stakeholder engagement and communication strategies
  • Drive adoption of Digital Twin technology and embed a culture of change
  • Support technical teams with process and change management
  • Facilitate workshops, co-design sessions, and training
  • Monitor change effectiveness and manage risks
  • Support other strategic innovation projects as needed

You'll be based at our Head Office in Coventry with regular travel to our sites You’ll work within our Asset Intelligence and Innovation team. With this being such a critical role, we’re looking for someone who can join us 37 hours a week, however we would consider part time hours.


WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR


  • Proven experience in delivering change for complex digital/data projects
  • Skilled in translating complex concepts for a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
  • Proactive mind set with the ability to solve problems
  • Background in water/wastewater operations is desirable
  • Experience with agile methodologies and continuous improvement
  • Excellent planning, communication, and analytical skills
  • Full UK driving licence
