EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
We’re currently recruiting for a Billing & Reporting Analyst to join our Aqualytix team at our head office in Coventry. Aqualytix is a Water Hygiene business which is part of our Severn Trent Services, the commercial arm of the Severn Trent Group.
In this role we’ll be looking for you to deliver accurate and insightful reporting on the work we’re doing, which will support our variable billing processes and be the bedrock of our key account performance across the business.
Tasks which you will be responsible for include, producing monthly reports for Tier 1 customers, managing invoicing for variable billing, and driving continuous improvement in reporting practices. Along with your main duties, you will also get the chance to learn more about the way the business works but getting involved with continuous improvement project’s and will deal with various stakeholders both internal & external to the business.
You'll be based at our Severn Trent Centre head office in Coventry. You’ll work within the business support function and with this being such a critical role, we’re looking for someone who can join us 37 hours a week, working Monday to Friday.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’ll be looking for you to be self-motivated and organised, with a strong sense of ownership of the work you take on. Being comfortable managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines will be a must. Experience in Excel with a strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy is vital to this role. Power Query and VBA is highly desirable.
