We currently have an opportunity available for a Billing & Assurance Team Manager based in STC, Coventry.
This is a pivotal position that plays an essential role in the end‑to‑end customer billing process. It is a highly operational, process‑focused and data‑driven role where accuracy, attention to detail and a strong customer focus for all stakeholders are critical. The Billing & Assurance Team Manager will lead the team’s performance to ensure service excellence across every area, while also driving effective communication and collaboration across the wider Customer Solutions team. A core objective of the role is to build a strong and reliable delivery capability—supporting both revenue generation and ODI performance—while managing key stakeholders and developing the skills, expertise and confidence of the team.
Success in this role requires strong multi‑tasking abilities and the capacity to work effectively in a high‑pressure environment, all while maintaining a positive, adaptable and solutions‑focused approach.

This includes providing a first‑class service to a wide variety of stakeholders while creating innovative ways to motivate your team to achieve service excellence and deliver ODI targets. By effectively using MI, you will be able to drive performance, highlight trends, and identify clear areas for improvement.
You will also bring exceptional stakeholder‑management abilities, working across the organisation to raise the profile of the Billing Assurance function and ensure strong operational alignment. In addition, you will collaborate with third‑party partners to support and enhance service delivery, maintaining consistency, efficiency, and high standards across all operations.
