LET’S CUT STRAIGHT TO IT
We’re looking for an Accommodation Strategy Manager to lead the development and governance of our accommodation strategy across Severn Trent.
In this pivotal role, you’ll ensure our property decisions are aligned to business priorities, regulatory requirements, and long-term strategy—acting as the central authority for accommodation across the organisation.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning and evolving the company-wide accommodation strategy
- Acting as the gatekeeper for all accommodation decisions, ensuring consistency and value
- Designing governance frameworks and decision-making processes
- Leading and developing a small specialist team
- Overseeing delivery of workspace, welfare and site accommodation solutions
- Using data and insight to drive strategic decisions and report to senior leaders
- Building strong relationships and influencing stakeholders across the business
You'll be based at our Head Office in Coventry. You’ll work within our Property Strategy and Standards team. With this being such a critical role, we’re looking for someone who can join us 37 hours a week.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience delivering strategy and governance in a complex or regulated environment
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- A data-led, strategic mindset with sound judgement
- Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service
- Experience leading or developing teams and processes
