In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for servicing pressure control valves, managing flow and disinfection, and supporting the delivery of clean water to our customers.

The role also involves responding to customer concerns on-site, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring all work complies with health, safety, and regulatory standards. If you’re committed to delivering excellent service, solving problems, and making a real impact on essential infrastructure, we’d love to hear from you.

We are seeking someone with excellent communication and customer service skills who has the capability of explaining complex technical issues simply and interacting effectively with customers face-to-face. Being able to demonstrate an adaptable attitude, strong problem-solving abilities, sound decision-making, and accuracy in data recording will be essential. The ideal candidate is also self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team, and is skilled at prioritising their workload effectively.
