Are you ready to lead operations on one of the UK’s most high‑profile and secure sites? We’re looking for a Programme Manager to drive performance, reliability and compliance across a key contract in the Berkshire region.
This is a home based role.
You’ll oversee the asset optimisation programme, ensuring all sampling, maintenance and upgrade activities are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with regulatory standards. You’ll manage on‑site operations, track performance, report progress clearly and ensure all contractual and compliance requirements are met.
As a key leader, you’ll manage and develop your team, support the Operations Manager and help shape long‑term asset management strategies that strengthen overall performance.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
To be successful, you will have proven experience in asset management, optimisation or infrastructure operations within a regulated, high‑risk or high‑security environment.
You will bring experience delivering large‑scale contracts, coordinating complex field‑based teams and ensuring full regulatory and environmental compliance.
You will also have experience designing and delivering projects, upgrading or maintaining programmes from assessment through to completion whilst will being confident analysing asset performance data, prioritising maintenance needs and making informed decisions that balance risk, compliance and operational efficiency.
Financial and commercial awareness related to contract management would be beneficial.
Applicants should hold a degree in Engineering, Asset Management, Operations Management or a related discipline, or possess equivalent experience.
This role requires a full UK driving licence and the flexibility to work a nine‑day fortnight when required.
